Positive therapy and counseling focus on individuals’ strengths, successes, and values. Feeling fulfilled and enjoying life are its goals. The conceptual framework and practice of Positive Psychology are recent additions to the list of accepted psychotherapeutic methods. However, it has always been my overall orientation. And, while it is necessary to identify and treat psychological pain first, of course, fun, joy, happiness and feeling satisfied with oneself and one’s relationships (support system) need attention too. I would like to help you determine and pursue what needs to happen to make waking up in the morning feel worthwhile!
