How to Get Started

Our divorce mediation process would proceed as follows:

1. 1. You and your spouse each email or call me, indicating your interest in divorce mediation, and leave me your phone number with good times to call you.
   2. I’ll call each of you so I can gather some information and we can discuss what you’re looking for and whether we should proceed together.
   3. If we agree to begin, we’ll set a date and I’ll email each of you forms called Agreement to Mediate and Confidentiality of Divorce Mediation for your signature.
   4. You email or fax the signed forms to me.
   5. We meet (virtually, at this time), and begin. Sessions last from one to two hours, depending on your needs.
   6. Payment: Fees are paid by check, cash or Zelle.
