Licensed psychologist and professional counselor in Washington, DC and Maryland,

Former teacher of continuing education to psychologists, physicians and physical therapists,

Former university faculty member teaching Psychology of Health,

Mediator for marital and parenting matters, and

Certified life/human performance coach.

I strive to make my work positive, educational, and research-based to promote: Courage, Self-Awareness, Authenticity, Personal Responsibility, Kindness, Skilled Negotiation (Intentional Communication), and Thoughtful Action.  Simply, the goal is RESILIENCE.

At this time, I am only working with adults born before 1981.
